These terms govern your use of quoteson.com, operated by QuotesOn. By using the site or submitting a quote request, you agree to them.

What the service is

QuotesOn is a free referral and estimation service. We provide instant, informational project estimates and forward your quote request to independent, licensed service providers who may contact you. We are not a contractor, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.

Estimates are informational

Instant estimates are computed from regional pricing data, satellite measurements, and the answers you provide. They are good-faith ballparks — not offers, bids, or guarantees of price or availability. Final pricing always comes from a provider after an on-site evaluation.

Your responsibilities

• You are 18 or older and submitting a request for a property you own or are authorized to represent.
• The information you provide is accurate, and the phone number you verify is yours.
• You won't use the service to submit fake, automated, or abusive requests, probe or disrupt the service, or scrape its data.

Consent to be contacted

When you submit a quote request you agree to the consent language presented at the time, including contact by phone and text from us and matched providers. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can revoke it anytime via our Do-Not-Call page.

Providers are independent

We vet providers for licensing and insurance at onboarding, but we do not supervise their work and make no warranty about their performance, pricing, or workmanship. Any contract, payment, warranty, or dispute is between you and the provider.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuotesOn is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for the acts or omissions of any service provider; our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to $100.

Intellectual property

The site, its design, content, and estimation engine are owned by QuotesOn. You may not copy, resell, or build derivative services from them without written permission.

Changes & governing law

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, where Ailul Labs LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
