For roofing contractors
Exclusive pre-booked roofing appointments from homeowners who asked first.
Every appointment starts with a homeowner requesting a quote through our roofing cost calculator, never a cold call. We qualify them by phone, confirm a time inside windows you approve, and put it on your calendar.

- Time-confirmed
- One contractor per appointment
- No contracts
- No-shows replaced free
Buying leads means paying to race.
A lead is a phone number. Everything that turns it into a job (the dialing, the chasing, the scheduling) is still on you, against a stopwatch.
The dial race
A shared lead goes to 3–5 companies at once. Whoever calls in the first minutes wins. Everyone else paid for a busy signal and a homeowner who's already talking to someone.
Chasing, not closing
Your best closer spends the day leaving voicemails for numbers that never pick up. Standing on a roof and closing the job is the skill you pay them for, and it never gets used.
A calendar you can't plan
Lead flow is spiky and unqualified, so crews sit idle one week and you turn work away the next. You can't schedule a business on maybes.
They came looking for a price. Nobody cold-called them.
Most appointment sellers set appointments by out-dialing storm lists: a call center talks a homeowner into a slot. We don't dial anyone. Homeowners find our roofing cost calculator, enter their address and roof details, see an instant estimate, and ask to be contacted by a local pro.
- Self-initiated:the homeowner filled in the request themselves. It's timestamped and on record.
- Price-conditioned:they saw a realistic cost range before booking, so your quote doesn't trigger sticker shock.
- Project-rich: their request carries the address, roof size and material, and timeline. Your rep walks in prepared.
A slot someone was talked into and a slot someone asked for are different products. We only sell the second kind.

What counts as an appointment, and what we throw out
The fastest way to judge an appointment seller is by what they reject.
Every appointment you receive
- Requested a roofing quote themselves through our cost calculator, self-initiated and timestamped
- Saw a real cost estimate before booking, so nobody faints at your number
- Qualified by our team on the phone before anything hits your calendar
- Property owner at the address, inside your service area
- Wants an in-person inspection and estimate, and said so
- Confirmed a specific date and time inside windows you approved
Filtered out before booking
- Renters and non-owners
- Addresses outside the service area you gave us
- Homeowners already under contract with another roofer
- “Sometime next week”: vague windows never get booked
- Duplicates of an appointment you already received
- Anyone who didn't clearly agree to the visit
How it works
A homeowner asks for a price
They find our roofing cost calculator, enter their address and roof details, and see an instant estimate. Then they request contact from a local pro. That request, not a purchased list, is where every appointment starts.
We qualify and confirm by phone
Our team calls, verifies ownership and intent, and locks a specific date and time, only inside the weekly windows you've approved and with the lead time you asked for.
It lands on your calendar
You get the confirmed slot with the full context: address, roof details from their request, timeline, and notes from our call. Pricing is yours to set, so we never put a number of ours in front of your quote.
You show up and quote
The homeowner is expecting your company, by name, at the agreed time. If they're not there or the details were wrong, we replace the appointment free.
A lead is a phone number. An appointment is a visit.

The math on ten appointments
Ten confirmed visits, all with homeowners expecting you. Run your own close rate and average ticket through them:
Conservative
Close 1 of 10 at $8,000 average
$8,000
signed work from ten appointments
Typical
Close 2 of 10 at $10,000 average
$20,000
signed work from ten appointments
Strong
Close 3 of 10 at $12,000 average
$36,000
signed work from ten appointments
Illustrative arithmetic, not a promise: close rates and ticket sizes vary by market, crew, and season. The structural point stands: one signed roof covers a pack many times over, and every appointment is a real at-the-table chance to sign one.
Pricing built around your market
What an appointment costs depends on your area and how many you want. We quote it on the call, before anything is booked. One-time packs, no contracts, no retainers, no subscription.
Tell us your service area and the volume you can handle. We come back within one business day with your per-appointment price and what your market can realistically support.
Request pricingNo card, no commitment. Every appointment is still covered by the free replacement guarantee.
The terms, before you ask
No-shows replaced free
Homeowner not home at the agreed time, never actually confirmed, bad contact info, not the property owner, outside your area, or a duplicate: tell us within 3 business days and we book a replacement at no cost.
Exclusive, by name
Every appointment is confirmed for your company specifically. It is never resold, shared, or sent to a second contractor in your market.
You approve the windows
We only book into weekly time windows you've told us you can cover, with the advance notice you asked for. No surprise 7am appointments across town.
No contracts, no retainers
You buy a pack of appointments one time. No subscription, no monthly minimum, no cancellation fee. If it works, buy another.
Straightforward disputes
No forms, no arbitration theater. Email us the appointment and what happened within 3 business days, and if it falls under the guarantee it's replaced.
The full policy lives in our Terms of Sale.
Is this a fit for your company?
A strong fit if you're…
- Licensed and insured roofing company
- Can hold open weekly appointment windows and honor them
- Someone on the team who can run booked appointments within days, not weeks
- Wants a plannable calendar instead of another list of phone numbers
Probably not a fit if…
- Nobody available to actually attend booked appointments
- Looking for raw contact lists to power a dialer
- Need guaranteed same-week volume in any market (supply follows real homeowner demand in your area)
- Outside the United States
The questions contractors actually ask
What exactly counts as an appointment?
A homeowner who requested a roofing quote through our cost calculator, was qualified by our team on the phone, and confirmed a specific date and time, inside windows you approved, for your in-person inspection and estimate. You receive the confirmed slot plus the full context: address, roof details from their request, timeline, and our call notes. Pricing stays yours: the range the homeowner saw in our calculator is not part of the packet.
Where do these homeowners come from?
They find our roofing cost calculator online, enter their address and roof details, see an instant cost estimate, and ask to be contacted by a local pro. Every appointment starts from that self-initiated, timestamped request. We never cold-call homeowners from purchased or storm-chased lists. If someone didn't ask for a roofing quote, they never become an appointment.
Are appointments shared with other contractors?
No. Each appointment is confirmed for one contractor, by company name, and is never resold or sent to anyone else. That exclusivity is stated in our Terms of Sale, not just on this page.
What happens if the homeowner cancels or doesn't show?
We replace the appointment free. That covers: homeowner not home at the agreed time, never actually confirmed, invalid contact information, not the property owner, an address outside your service area, and duplicates. Report it within 3 business days and a replacement gets booked, with no forms and no fees.
Is there a contract, retainer, or minimum?
No. You buy a pack of appointments as a one-time purchase, in whatever quantity fits your crew. There's no subscription, no monthly retainer, and no cancellation penalty. Most contractors simply reorder when a pack works.
How do you qualify a homeowner before booking?
Two layers. First, their own quote request gives us the address, roof details, and timeline. Second, our team confirms by phone: property ownership, genuine intent for an in-person estimate, availability of the decision-maker at the confirmed time, your service area, and that they're not already under contract. Renters, vague windows, and price-tourists get filtered out before your calendar is involved.
Do you cover my area?
Appointments are booked only inside the service area you give us (ZIP codes or metro). Because supply comes from real homeowner requests, volume varies by market; we confirm what your area can support on the kickoff call before any booking starts, and undelivered appointments are refundable under our Terms of Sale.
How fast do appointments start arriving?
We call you within one business day of your order to set your appointment windows, lead time, and delivery details. Delivery pace then depends on homeowner demand in your market. We'd rather set an honest expectation on that call than promise a fixed number per week on a webpage.
Do I control the days, times, and lead time?
Yes, fully. You define the weekly windows we're allowed to book into and the minimum advance notice you need. We never book outside them, and you can change them any time.
How is this different from buying roofing leads?
A lead is contact information. You still have to out-dial 3–5 competitors, reach the homeowner, pitch the visit, and schedule it. An appointment is the end of all that work: a confirmed time on your calendar with a qualified homeowner who is expecting your company. You start where lead-buyers are still trying to get.
How do appointments reach me?
Each confirmed appointment is delivered by email with the full context packet, and by text if you want it. On the kickoff call we set the routing that fits how your team schedules, including sending to your office staff or CRM inbox.
How does payment work?
We quote your per-appointment price on the kickoff call, then invoice you for the pack. Nothing is charged until you've approved the quantity and the price, and no appointment is booked before that. Delivered appointments are covered by the replacement guarantee; undelivered appointments are refundable if you cancel, per our Terms of Sale.
